Bury the stuff toys he/she gave you during your monthsary or anniversary, delete all his/her pictures you have. Donate the couple shirt you keep for so long and burn all the letters he/she wrote.
3. Me time- This is the time you should look unto yourself. Spend time with your family and friends. Go to salon and treat yourself a makeover. Participate in a group activity and sports. Make yourself pre-occupied.
4.Go on a date- Part of moving on is to meet new people and welcome new relationships. Do not hold on to your failure past and get ready to mingle.
5. Be friend with your ex. Time comes, you will need them.
Truly moved-on individual does not have a feeling of bitterness towards the past relationship. Be strong, be happy, be you. Listen to happy music, appreciate the wonder of places around you. Remember, "Love isn't something you find. Love is something that finds you." - Loretta Young
